Troy Night Out
On the last Friday of every month, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., the city of Troy opens its doors for a complimentary arts and culture event called Troy Night Out. Thousands of residents and visitors fill the streets this evening for various exhibitions, live music, and the launch of new menus at downtown restaurants (credit albany.com).

Kelly Huang is our monthly featured artist, and she enjoys experimenting with digital media and illustration while viewing art in new ways. She illustrated the power of women in a variety of forms and scenarios for the Troy Night Out art series, emphasizing the need of keeping a sense of balance while managing various duties. Body motions are also portrayed by altering abstract shapes and leaving breathing space between moves. In her work, women could be depicted as budding flowers reviving family and society, or as peaceful and elegant as the sky.
